Event Details:
Teams will play three games
College coaches will be present each day

College coaches will be tracking pitchers velocities.
The top 10 event velocities will be posted to the MSI website and sent to all college head coaches in our database
PAYMENTS:
MSI requires each team registering for a showcase to make a non-refundable deposit payment in the amount of $500. Payment in full for all events is due 60 days prior to the start of the event. Your final payment will be automatically billed to the method of payment used for your deposit. Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted online and by phone. Checks can be sent to: Maple Zone Sports Village, 4881 Chichester Avenue, Aston, PA 19014.
CANCELLATIONS:
Teams that pull out within 60 days will not receive a refund or credit. You are buying a spot at the time of registration.
WEATHER RELATED CREDITS:
Played 0 Games- 100% credit (no refund)
Played 1 game –40% credit (no refund)
Played 2 games – $100 credit only (no refund)
HOTELS:
MSI has partnered with LEGACY SPORTS TRAVEL to secure discounted rooms at well respected, tournament-approved hotels close to our venues. This event is a Stay-to-Play event for teams outside of 100 miles. If your team is traveling in for this event, please use the Hotel Link provided on this page or the Hotel link on your invoice that was emailed to you. Game Format:
To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and integrity of our tournament facilities, the following items are strictly prohibited within MSI tournament facilities:
Chewing gum, sunflower seeds, and any other shell product.
Alcoholic beverages
Illegal drugs and substances
Smoking and vaping devices
Chewing tobacco
Metal Cleats on any turf field
Depending on the severity of the violation, any team or spectator found with a prohibited item will face penalties, including but not limited to:
The team will be assessed a $500 cleaning fee to cover the cost of ensuring the facility remains clean and safe for all participants.
Disqualification from the tournament
Suspension from future tournaments
Reporting to appropriate authorities (in case of illegal items)
Payment of Fee:
The $500 cleaning fee must be paid within 48 hours of the violation being reported. Failure to pay the fee within the specified time frame will result in the team’s disqualification from the current tournament and potential suspension from future events until the fee is settled.
Appeals Process:
Teams have the right to appeal the penalty within 24 hours of the violation notification. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the tournament director, detailing the reasons for the appeal. The tournament director's decision on the appeal will be final.
